How to Cure Oxygen Depravation or Polycythemia Like the Tibetans - The Opposite of Anemia

Media_httpwwwabsolute_zjhey

The quickest way is to cure polycythemia is to repel down. But if for some reason, you are hell bent on scaling the peak of some mountain or are imprisoned in some Tibetan high mountain penetentiary, you're going to need 10 different genes.

Turns out that at higher elevations, your body compounds the number of your red blood cells. This is a smart bio mechanism that allows you to transport more oxygen in thin air. But it will kill you too - unless you are Tibetan.

Scientists including Lynn Jorde PhD from the U of Utah School of Medicine and Qinghai Medical School found that Tibetans have 10 different genes that keep their body from producing too many red blood cells where most people would just die. They also found that while other races have also adapted to high elevations like the Andes and high mountains of Ethiopia, none of the other groups had these elevation adaptation genes.

The researchers also found that the Tibetans also had higher levels of nitric acid than others. Nitric acid helps deliver more oxygen to muscles and organs.

How to Detox, Flush, and Burn Calories While Sitting At Your Desk

This qigong or pranayama exercise puts compression and flushing pressure on the internal organs and stretches your lungs. Years of toxic and blood vessel clogging cholesterol will be pressure washed out of your system. It's a wonder this is not taught in every grade school of every town.

How to: To hyper-decompress your digestive tract and internal organs,

1. Exhale.

2. Then pull up all of your organs as if you were breathing in from newly moved nostrils that are on your lower abdomen.  This will give your nervous system the odd experience of being inverted as if your nose was at your navel and your bowels were at your "3rd eye."

3. If you are unsure of how to do this, ask a woman for detailed instructions on her muscular contractions on orgasm. Gynocologists call this the "up suck effect."

4. Reverse. Breathe in and hyper-compress to flush out toxins and "stones." Make sure you clench your prostate and anus to avoid hemorrhoids.

5. Make sure you do this on an empty stomach.

The #1 Fastest Way to Reduce Your Stress Level is to Stretch Your Lungs - Pranayama Qigong

You can just start breathing shallow and you'll magically think of things that cause you stress

Have you noticed that the amount you breathe is absolutely inversely proportional to the amount of stress you have? What surprises most people is that there is no cause-and-effect relationship. In otherwords, you don't need stress to breath shallow. You can just start breathing shallow and you'll magically think of things that cause you stress. This is the magic of the mind body relationship.

So, then, as you can imagine, all you have to do is breathe deeply and your stress will evaporate away. It does. But you can't breathe deeply when your chest is all bound up with muscle tension. So, the ancient yogi and qigong masters came up with pranayama and ... ummm... qigong. This is how you stretch your lungs (Exaggerated for visual reference. See a qigong master or pranayama yoga teacher before practicing).

The Fastest Detox Is? Breath

Media_httplevitatingm_kxziy

Friends of mine go on lemon and olive oil diets. They go on detox spa regimens. They go sweat it out in hot yoga. They do all the complex fancy things but they just don't take the simplest, most profound, and fastest way to detox: breathe.

Millenia old immortality traditions from Vedic Yogis to Taoist Masters all guard the secrets to their highest meditation: breath.

Yogis call it Pranayama (Kundalini of Life Force Training Art). Taoists call it Dahn Juhn Hoh Hop Qigong (Navel Respiration).

In any case, if you breathe deeply, you'll boost blood circulation to your extremities including your scalp where your hair falls out due to poor blood circulation and your kidneys where stones are starting to calcify. If you breathe deeply, your red blood cells oxygenate properly slowing aging and kicks up white blood cell action. If you breathe deeply, your metabolism revs higher making you naturally burn calories sitting in your chair while you read this.

It's no wonder the most guarded secret Eastern Traditions all center around breathing. How did they know that 70%-80% of your body's waste products do not come from stool or urine - it comes from your exhalation. If you don't believe it, breathe into a plastic bag all day long. After 24 hours, it will weigh twice as much as anyting you can flush down a toilet.

On a cold winter day, you can see that you exhale more steam than a boiling gallon of water in a kettle. That's how much waste comes out of your body through breath.
