How to Cure Oxygen Depravation or Polycythemia Like the Tibetans - The Opposite of Anemia

The researchers also found that the Tibetans also had higher levels of nitric acid than others. Nitric acid helps deliver more oxygen to muscles and organs.

Astrid Dowling, COPD and Double Lung Transplant Survivor, and Heroine Recommends Atmen

5 unknown ways to lose weight

Well, maybe the word, "unknown" is a bit extreme but who says, "little-known," anyways?

Conventional wisdom says that to lose weight, you have to eat less and work out. This understanding is not incorrect. However, if you understand the mechanics of metabolism, glycolysis, and the cardiovascular system, you realize that you can also:

1. Eat more! (lean red meat)
Yes. Red meat is high in protien so it needs energy to metabolize. It gets that energy from sugars that have been stored as fat cells. In short, your body burns fat to digest the meat. There's even a word for it: Ketosis. And yes, it is totally safe within reasonal bounds. The more you eat, the thinner you get.

2. Eat negative calorie foods
Technically, everything has calories. So, "negative calorie foods" should actually be called, "NET negative calorie foods." In otherwords, NNCFs like grapefruit, cellery, carrots, onions, etc. actually force your body to work off more calories just to digest the food than the food puts on.

Sure, everyone is different so there is no hard and fast list of foods that will strip you and everyone else of calories. But there are foods generally known to require tons of digestive energy starting with chewing.

3. Stretch
If you glance at the cardiovascular system, you'll notice that the arteries and veins are more concentrated in some places. And when you do cardio your heart, the toughest muscle in your body, burns calories and delivers blood through your body.

Trouble is, the cardio vascular system doesn't have the highest fat burning influence in your biggest trouble areas. Your thighs, love handles, and belly are much more effectly trimmed down by stretching than by cardio. Think about it. Fat cells are cells. They can be rung out by stretching your major muscle groups.
